HOW TO REGISTER
You have to register first with your OWN PASSWORD to have a look at our products and prices. Authorisation can take 24-48 hrs as all details will be checked. We do not have access to any PASSWORDS. PLEASE DO REMEMBER YOUR OWN PASSWORD. If you can't remember your password, click on the " forgot password" link. A temporary password will automatically emailed. Once you have logged in with your temporary password, you have to go to the " your account" tab and change your password to something you will remember. ABN number must be related to the gift industry.

ORDERING
Office open: Monday - Thursday 9 - 4pm, Friday closed. No showroom. No pick up from warehouse.
Please read our Terms and Conditions before ordering. A minimum order of $250.00 applies (before discount, GST and freight charges). Minimum of 2 pieces in the one colour for items under $20.00. Items under $8.00, minimum quantity 4 pieces in the one colour. Orders to be be made online, faxed or emailed. No phone orders will be taken. All changes must be in writing.
DISCOUNT & ACCOUNTS
No discount is given for accounts.
We offer large discounts for pre-paid. Discount of 10% will be given for each order over $300.00, and 20% for each order over $600.00. Some prices of large items are nett. No discounts at all for orders under $300.00. We caluclate the discount from the sale amount before GST and freight.

Should your account exceed our trading terms and handed over for collection, all costs will be borne by the customer.
FREIGHT
We use Blue Star & TNT. We take no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit . Additional insurance may be taken out at $10.00 per consignment. Large orders for Christmas must be in by 30 June, otherwise delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders cannot be changed and customers must fully accept the whole original order.
